This property was so darn cute! We absolutely loved all the amenities this house had to offer. From the pool, to the pool table and bags in the back, it was a great excuse to keep the family specializing. We would highly recommend this for a family or friend gathering.

Beautiful property inside!! Very refreshing decor! The backyard is spaciously open and has a pingpong table, cornhole, relaxing pool & several lounging areas, including grass area. A very fun, nice place for a family wanting a staycation or a getaway in Arizona!!

Pete + Marias place was absolutely beautiful! We loved everything about their home and we would 100% stay there again. I had to reach out twice during our stay to ask them a question. Both times they responded quickly (even sending someone out to help), and were very friendly.The layout of the house was perfect. It was big and spacious, yet it felt intimate and cozy. Their pool was everyones favorite part of our trip. If they ever decided to sell, we would want to buy it. Thats how much we loved their place!

Absolutely amazing!! Pictures are exactly how the house is which is immaculate!! All the amenities weee great! Pool was great! Location is great!! Too many good things about this place that I cant list them all! Pete and Maria always respond immediately and are friendly and helpful. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty for kids to do between the heated pool, pool table, corn hole and ping pong (though the net was kind of broken). Minimal, but essential supplies. Plenty of Keurig coffee pods, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar. Multiple televisions in master, game room, living room. Beds were comfortable and good privacy among the rooms, especially downstairs room. Open living area. Laminate floors throughout. Plenty of furniture poolside and elsewhere outside. Good off street parking. A little bit of a drive to Cactus League ballparks, but manageable. Road construction in the area complicated driving a bit. We would stay here again for sure.

This house was a lovely space to stay with 4 adults who each needed their own space. The play spaces were lovely pool table, corn hole, ping pong, heated pool (too cold to swim but we dipped our feet in one afternoon). Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed playing games at the various tables. I seldom check out of an airbnb and say lets come next year but this one is worth repeating. Thanks for a restful stay!

We had a great experience at Pete and Maria's place. Everything is exactly as pictured. The noise curfew was not a problem for us. The pool was wonderful even in 50 weather because it was heated. Clean, comfy and conveniently located. Communication was quick and easy when needed. Thanks for the wonderful accomodations!

The house and location were great. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was because when we asked for an earlier arrival time, we were told to send a message the day before or day of and when we did, they responded, "We can provide a complimentary 3pm early check in" which was only an hour earlier. We knew the house was not occupied days prior to our arrival. We texted the morning of arrival letting them know we would be flying in that morning and that we knew the house was not rented out and asked for an early arrival. We were not asking to get in there right away but a 1pm check would have been more helpful for our family.

Our stay at Pete & Marias in Gilbert was awesome! The house was exactly as pictured!The house is spacious, furnishings comfortable and well decorated. We loved swimming in the heated sparkling clean pool (in January) and playing the yard games! House was easy to locate, 5 min from local restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The house was clean and they provided a high chair and pack n play which was so nice with an infant. Pool table is in great condition and fun. The games provided were fun. The swimming pool we were unable to use because it only heats up 10-15 degrees above the outside temp. which made it too cold to swim in. It was a cold week where there was frost on the windows of the vehicle in the morning.

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this house. We had plenty of space to spread out, play games, cook and sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were quality. There were plenty of paper supplies and coffee provided. The property is very well maintained inside and out. It was so nice to have all the activities outside in the yard. We found the neighborhood quiet and safe. The proximity to downtown Gilbert was a big plus as we frequented many of the terrific restaurants there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great house! We booked another house in Gilbert via VRBO months ago and less than a week before we were to arrive for Thanksgiving weekend, the property manager cancelled. We were so fortunate to find this home. The floorplan is nice, pool is beautiful, and amenities like the pool table and ping pong a plus. The hosts were extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed this home! Having the heated pool at no extra charge was so great! Lots of space and our family enjoyed the pool table and the big table to sit around and play card games. The communication with the host was fantastic! And a shout out to the cleaners for being great and honest people. We left valuables behind and the cleaners found them and with the help of the host we were able to get them back! Great home for a big family.

Pete and Maria were great to work with. I had some questions in regards to the stay I had booked at their place and they were very prompt and responsive. They offered friendly tips and even recommendations. The house itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed and more. The neighborhood was amazing and very friendly people. On our check out day housekeeping showed up early but waited till we were ready to leave (in time limit) and were very kind as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. A lot of amenities that unfortunately aren't able to be used for their intended manor. beautiful pool and living quarters as well as pool table inside and table tennis outside. Because of the noise ordinance, we were on our best behavior being as quiet as possible, and still, one night, we got a message saying the neighbors said we were being noisy by talking indoors. Very beautiful place, and for a rental property, it's perfect. Unfortunately, the amenities are just for show when you can not use them because of the neighborhood and noise ordinance. I owe it to this host. They accepted me last minute when another host canceled on me the morning of. With no reason or warning, they canceled on me. This host did everything I could ever ask for and gave us the opportunity to stay in this lovely home. I appreciate them and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a place. Great place to post up near the Gilbert/Chandler areas and close to lots of things to do. Fantastic backyard/pool area. We hung out there a lot. Bedrooms and bathrooms all spotless, no issues at all there. This is an ideal place for families or people that want to be near Spring Training baseball. Our stay was amazing. All was as seen in pics online. Super clean, very comfy beds and pillows, roomy bathrooms, unique floor plan w/lots of space to chill. Great kitchen w/big frig/freezer plus island. Pool was pristine. Neighborhood was super quiet, well-kept, and seemed safe. Nice to have garage to pull in and park the car. Lots of grocery options close. Gilbert downtown was super cool area to hang w/tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. We were in town w/our family to watch our daughter play several road volleyball games in the area. We hosted a small luncheon for the team and coaches. It was perfectplenty of seating for mealtime and the girls enjoyed billiards, ping-pong, cornhole, tv, and especially the pool and large backyard area. They were able to get some quality study time and relaxation before going on to compete later in the day. We would definitely book this home again!

Pete and Marias place was awesome! The layout of the house is great for large groups (even though we werent one). Plenty of room for many people to sit comfortably, find privacy, and have something to do!The house is decorated beautifully the photos dont do it justice! The bed, sheets and pillows in the primary bedroom were very comfortable. (I forgot to ask our friend if the bed she used in the lower-level bedroom was comfortable.) The sofa and the outdoor sectional were both very clean and comfortable. The pool table is a nice added touch, and with the tv in that room, it felt very recreational! We were impressed w/ the K-cup and Tide Pod supply provided. There were also hotel-style toiletries available in each bathroom. Our favorite part, and where we spent most of our time, was in the well-appointed backyard. The pool was perfect during 100+ degree weather. We really enjoyed the sun deck w/ umbrella. No need to BYO beach towels plenty provided. Well be back.

Great place! Quiet street, great ambiance. The little things were definitely thought of here. Decor, shelving, decorations, tv substitutions already included. Wi fi, usb charge ports in the kitchen were a nice plus. The furniture was stylish and comfortable. The pool was nice, the gas grill worked great and I even noticed an extra bottle of gas on the side of the house. Corn hole and a perfectly landscaped back yard made the outdoor evening experience perfect! Just the right amount of kitchen gadgets. Nice salt and pepper grinders. And the best part of the kitchen, the stocked kurig pods, creamer and sugar. Appliances are all state of the art. Me and my son came in for work but I would love an excuse to come back to the area with my family at this house.

We had a great stay at this house in Gilbert! The house is beautiful and the back yard was amazing!! The pool was nicely heated, lots of towels, nice lawn furniture, faux grass thats nice on the feet. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and well supplied with towels and linens. Just minutes from multiple restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely rent here again!!

This cozy house in Gilbert was as advertised. We chose it for its close proximity to Sloan Park in Mesa for our spring training trip to see our beloved Cubbies! The house was only 10 minutes from highway access and 15 minutes from Sloan. We loved the pool table inside the house. the cozy fireplace room, and the wonderful heated pool, ping pong table, and cornhole in the backyard. As a bonus, the furniture and grill in the yard were new. We did have a few minor issues when we arrived, but the management company that Pete & Maria use were quick to respond and send someone out to address all. The house is off of a quiet cul-de-sac and even though there is a busy road north of the subdivision, we never heard any traffic. The house is split-level, so it's worth noting that there's many stairs. The bed were super comfy and although there were 3 bathrooms, they were a little dated. Overall I'd highly recommend renting this house next time you're in the area!

Perfect location for those attending wedding at Villa Siena and downtown Gilbert is just moments away. It is a lovely, updated home in a cul-de-sac and residential neighborhood. Garage fits 3 cars. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms nice with plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner provided. First floor is a nice open area, so it was ideal for our big family to visit - lots of steps though. Kitchen has basics in it - we just needed the coffee which had plenty of pods provided. Backyard and covered patio is so nice, wonderful to have a heated pool. We enjoyed the outdoor activities - ping pong, corn hole. I would stay there again.
